Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds may be issued only if the service does not match the description and a claim is submitted within 3 days of the transaction. All approvals are at the sole discretion of SwadesiAid.
SwadesiAid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service. You agree to indemnify SwadesiAid for any misuse or violation of these Terms.
