By completing a payment for any SwadesiAid service, you enter into a legally binding agreement to avail our professional legal and consulting services.
Once a transaction is completed, cancellation is not permitted, unless specifically mentioned on the respective service plan. SwadesiAid retains sole discretion to evaluate and approve any cancellation or refund request, and may ask for additional information before processing such requests.
Refunds are only applicable if the service delivered does not match the description provided on our platform or in official communication.
To request a refund:
You must raise a request within 3 days of the transaction date.
Submit your request by emailing us at support@swadesiaid.com with a clear reason, reference to specific service terms violated, and any supporting documents.
All refund approvals are subject to internal review and discretion. SwadesiAid reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
